     We are the Tagliarini’s! My husband David is from Niagara Falls and my name is Terri and I am from Pennsylvania. We have been in the real estate business for 20+ years. We purchased our first vacation property, Island House in 2018 as part of our retirement plan. We loved having the vacation property so much we decided to buy another in 2019, Bella Coastal View. We had two different companies manage our vacation rentals and we were not happy with our turn out.

 

     During the pandemic we decided to manage the vacation rentals ourselves and expanded our business.  We fell in love with hosting our own properties and decided to add another to our portfolio, Ocean 7C, and just recently True Blue 408.  We take our hosting job seriously and make ourselves available to our guest 24/7. We design our rentals for couples and families that prefer to have the luxury of comfort and style.
